    NLF cover

Would this be the one sold by Reto at the Max show?

Your buddy proudly showed us a picture of this cover years ago. We all told him it was fake. No one, including some long time collectors have ever seen/heard of a sewn in label. The extra stitch details on anchor insignia is also incorrect. But of course we know nothing individually or as a group & the Swiss expert wouldn't listen.

I thought he was your "buddy" lol anyhow a forum member has sadly ended up with it, and I wanted to make sure I wasn't incorrect in my assumption.

Ok, well I guess it could always turn out to be a "one of" early prototype, unique first pattern cover & is exceedingly rare! Clues lie in complete translation & dating of sewn in tag. I'll stick with the text book examples. Are you sure you weren't the one who bought it?
