Can you help me to have more information about this relic? Translation?

During WW2, only two japanese submarines came in Lorient, the I30 in august 1942 and the I29 in March and April 1944.

Look at the post #4 for pictures from a badge from the same place.

    Regards
    Ben from Lorient
For the renewal of the thread, i show you again the initial picture of the first post of the thread.

              Bottle

I still have the paper relic from the U-boat Scorff bunker.
I have one original bottle from Japan with exactly the same tag.

              Best regards

FYI ... 三矢 -- Mitsuya -- means Three Arrows; ergo, the kamon/logo

Three arrows conjoined at the flights.

Ben, glad to help when I can find something. Those photos of the sub pen entrances are great! It looks so ..... 1930s.

Sort of reminds me of the lighter-than-air airship hangers #2 and #3 that we have here on Moffett Field:

                      Large images here

Hangar 1 (1932) on the far left housed the USS Macon, a Hindenburg-class dirigible; Hangars 2 & 3 (ca. 1942) on the right housed blimps:

                      More info

Sorry for the slight hijacking ... I now return control of the thread back to you.
