Looks like the handle has been taken apart leaving only the ray skin and one civilian style fuchi (collar) behind. The kashira or butt cap is missing on the opposite end and based on what I know, it would have matched the design on the fuchi. Mike

The Fitting That Is Left On The Handle Is Mass Produced And Not Of Any Great Value. The Handle Itself Would Have Little Value As It Sits.
