Which model is this, and could you tell me the markings please.

This is a Type 99 "Kiska" grenade. The markings on the fuze are date (May 1943) and the arsenal (1st Tokyo Arsenal).
This is an interesting grenade because it is also used in the Type 100 Rifle grenade launcher

These are also found (got to be extremely lucky!) with glued on instruction labels. Labels were easily damaged of lost.
