Japanese Armbands....help please!

I know they are for someone on official business, but I'm curious what they say. All three came from the same person who picked them up in the Philippines.

The first:

This is the second armband. Very simple construction.

The third armband, again simple construction.....multiple pictures to get all the text.

and on the opposite side of the above text:

The first one is for an infantry school. The second one says Repair Section. The third one is the same as the second with additional characters saying "Head of the 11th Section, Accounts"

The first armband was actualy for the Army Weapons School located in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa prefecture, outside Tokyo. They taught weapons technology, and was the only school the Army had for that.

Thanks Nick! The fellow I got them from said he picked them up in the Philippines but I know he was in Japan during the occupation and I'd bet his memory is just a bit off.
