Kanji reading

Can I get someone to comment on the kanji on this medalbar on the Imperial Forum please? Is it pre-1945?

It's read Kun Kou Sei Shou and roughly translates into "order of merit" which is typically engraved on the back of Japanese orders. The particular order is the Rising Sun 8th class.

If You post close up pictures of the obverse (and reverse kanji) of the order it will be possible to see if it was made before 45. The design changed over time.
