Help with reading Kanjii on Japanese flag

Well I just got this flag from the Estand, would anyone be so kind as to help me understand what is written on this flag? Any and all help appreciated

Your photo is up-side down. It is a text book flag with the "wishing for everlasting fortune in battle" slogan and "dedicated to Yoneichi Matsunaga". The rest are signatures without titles nor dates, so no further clues to determine unit, etc.
