Tunic Question, How did I do?

I just won the bid on this tunic on Ebay. I bought it on a whim since I thought the price was nice. I hope the description was correct, and that it is an Army tunic.

Nice Japanese tunic you have there.
Its a winter cotton work uniform. the extra padded shoulders and the light green lining for extra warmth gives it away.

Probably not in the Pacific, China is more likely. It appears to have been issued.
