Quick Value of a Japanese mortar round

    Hello everyone,
I don't know much about Japanese ordinance, so I am coming to you guys. I know someone who is selling a WW2 Japanese mortar round. It is in very good++ condition. It is an 81 mm type 100 HE round. The paint looks to be in 80% condition with the red and yellow stripes at about 60%. The side is marked in faded white Kanji characters. What kind of value should be placed on this piece? Thanks for your help!

From the description of the paint, this is an average one. If it has the correct fuse it could be up 150 these days. Without, maybe 75 or a little less.
It would be worth up to 300 with the correct fuse, 95 percent plus paint and all the stenciled markings strong.
