First off I would like to introduce myself, my name is Phillip and I am new to the forums. Not to long ago My father bought a Japanese sword off ebay. When the sword arrived we tried to take the handle off to see the age. The sword is in civilian mounts but is a WWII blade. When we got to the tsuba we noticed a lot of kanji on it and then saw the other side. I asked a fellow forum member for translation and what he thought of it. He told me it was a Myochin tsuba and what he could read said made by Muneyoshi Saku, I am relying on the expertice of the forum to help with the translation. I would love to know what this smith had to say since there is a considerable amount of writing on it. I might have a little trouble uploading photos so please bear with me thanks alot.
