Signed hinomaru flag authentic?

I just picked it up on ebay a couple of days ago for a decent price (under $130). To my relatively untrained eyes, it appeared authentic. The dimensions are correct. It looks like it was stored folded in 1/2 for a while, as you'll notice that one half is yellowed more than the other. The symmetric holes in the disk also seem to be storage-related, as they're on the fold.

Below are the pics, along with the translations (which I have had verified). So, what do you think? What else is there to look for in terms of authenticity?

There's nothing wrong with it. Nice example. Lyrics from the song "Sailing out" is also a nice touch. Don't ask me to translate the song, because it's basically about rotting corpses in the fields and surf.
