Yes and on the fuse area you should see in japanese 8 9 type in kanji

Knee mortar

Mortar collector has advised the knee mortar has naval stamp below serial number so it may be Japanese Marines/NLF! Only the third hes seen.

Demill

that demill job kind of looks like a factory "cut away" to use for training and show how the mortar looks inside, you could paint the edges red like they do on factory cut aways and it would look nice with an unert mortar round inside for display.
