Japanese helmet opinion

Hello everyone:
What do you guys think about this Japanese helmet? I have never seen one with Kanji on the liner pads. Can anyone tell what size it is? Opinions appreciated.

Small size helmets are scarce (less common). Most are large size. Nice helmet.
