Value of a Japanese sword please

As much as it kills me, I may have to sell this sword. Here is a link to where it is first discussed. I'm sorry the pictures are lousy but I will be happy to take better pictures or answer any questions the experts might have. I guess I'm looking at what a reasonable price on it would be. The pictures of the tang disappeared, I'll re-shoot them today.

Everything on the sword is original and untouched. I'd gotten it several years ago and haven't done a thing with it.
