Markings in Helmet Cover

Hello,
Just wondering if anyone can date or tell me about the markings in this helmet cover. It is a '2nd pattern' with the reinforcing around the edge.

The markings inside the large rectangular stamping are for the size (i.e., large), date of manufacture (i.e., 1943), and the supply depot that procured this item (i.e., Osaka Supply Depot).

The small rectangular markings are for the company that made the cover.

I think I also see a small circular stamping which is an inspection stamp or marking.
