I'm a novice militaria collector who has been interested in Japanese WWII stuff for quite a while. I'm very happy to have found this site and have learned alot already. Thanks.

My question, is there anyone here who doesn't mind translating the charactors on a Japanese WWII era flag? It appears signed by names and/or sayings.
