Thanks for sharing the photos of your Japanese items with us.

From what I can see in the photos everything looks to be in order.

The Military Police armband has been reproduced though so that may warrant further investigation.

The rope holding the canteen cork in place looks to be a period replacement.

Yes, that is a Japanese private purchase compass which looks to be in excellent condition.

I have never seen this style mess kit before, but, once again, that's no big deal as I am sure there were a lot of different manufacturer's and variations.

The bayonet, map case, and cigarettes appear to be of period.

Nice grouping of items and thanks again for sharing them with us.
