Japanese Tanto Help

Hello All,

This one is at a local antique shop by my house and was wondering if I could get some help on the writing on the blade? Any help would be great because I cannot read Japanese and I dont know anyone who can.

Another...a little closer

It appears to be a name. I cannot make out that top kanji, but the other two are:
志敏
Multiple pronunciations:

Munetoshi
Sh¡toshi
Sanetoshi

On the habaki [collar]
松
Matsu [pine]

I haven't seen that on a habaki before. Hmm. The kanji was used on WWII gunto as an inspection stamp of the Osaka Army Arsenal, under the Kokura Arsenal, but this isn't Army. There was a Matsuyama koshirae manufacturing company making fittings: 松山軍刀製作所 is Matsuyama Gunto Sei Saku Jo. Maybe this who made the fittings for this tanto?

Thank you guys for the help on the name. I wish we could get the first name because I would love to try and track down who the maker is so I could put a era to the blade. The blade is actually very very nice in real life without any knicks or chips on it...maybe just a little stain here or their but a nice one no doubt.
