Protect(ing) the (honored) country [Japan]
Mr. Soldier
The Country's victory
to be protected
I'm no poet, nor am I a translator; but, maybe something like this??Soldiers protecting the Country, "Guard our Nation's Victory!"
Substituting kanji instead of katakana:御国を守る
兵隊さん
御国の勝利
を守ります
I'm guessing the pronunciation of 勝利 [today: しょうりshō-ri] was at that time written シャウリ [shau-ri].
The other images are:
慰問袋
Imonbukuro
Comfort Bag
The sender's address in written:
宮城県加美郡 Miyagi-Prefecture Kami-County
中新田町 Nakanida Town
I can't do the rest, and the name on the last line is elusive to me.

Thank you gentlemen your efforts are very much appreciated. You do a lot of good for this forum and I think we all appreciate that .
Th Kanji is wonderful to my eyes .Yes I can't read but to me it is like a work of art .This girls Kanji is written beautifully.Nicest I have seen it truly is a work of art .I bought these as an interesting addition to my collection but when I saw the Kanji on the blue bag just thought it looked wonderful .I don't think anyone could ever call my hand writing a work of art more like chicken foot prints across a sheet of paper
