小見山 Komiyama
I only have names of unit/battalion commanders, maybe it is named to a division or company commander. But if Kato Unit refers to a unit commander name, it is 87th guard unit in Buka, Solomon Islands.

It's just my guess based off of information I have. Most of these helmets were picked up in the Marianas, Ogawasaras and Okinawa it seems, so there's a high chance I'm wrong. But I don't know of any unit commanders named Kato from those areas.
