    Flag brought home from Tinian

SGT William Rogal marine Corps brought this flag home from the Tinian island during his fighting with the 2nd Mar Div during WW2.
it came with a sword and his combat uniform as worn.

    here is the flag
any help with translation would be much appreciated.

Also the flag is displayed this way to represent how it is in the book. Fixing tassels should always be on the right

That 2 big Kanji on top means "Sure Win".
All the rests are people's names.

What’s interesting is that in his book he talks of the cave he got it in etc, nice to know it’s actually been there

Really nice items! Is the book “Guadalcanal, Tarawa and Beyond”?

Would also love to see the uniform!
