Yes, that is a beautiful set of very last war ammo pouches. Nice matching set. -
Some collectors believe these were intended for training/civilian homeland defense etc. They aren't found with markings & no one has seen a rear pouch with oilerComment

The uniform is a Kokumin-Fuku (国民服), which was the national civilian uniform introduced in 1940. This was a common thing for Japanese Civilians to wear during the War:

Maybe the clothes are cravenette? Although it is in the final stage, it uses a very good material.

I got IJA ammunition pouches and I have them at hand.
The belt looos are made of rubberized canvas but still soft.
It seems to be almost unused.
