Can anyone give me more information on this helmet? I understand it is a harder to find canvas liner. What would the retail market price be on something like this?

What you have is a type 90 helmet in rough shape with a replaced liner. This liner is not original to the helmet, which can be seen by the difference in condition from the helmet to the liner. This is also not the type of liner that is referred to when we use the term canvas liner. Original Army issued canvas liners are constructed of a different type of material and are constructed in a different manner. Those helmets all seem to be found with the same date, which I believe is showa 14, (1939) The color of paint on your helmet reminds me very much of post war Siamese (Thailand) paint. I suspect the liner is either home made, or another countries post war liner system.
