Wow, I don't know if the Kanji translation and the English phrase/sentence correlate perfectly but if this is a formal agreement (as it says) it's pretty interesting!!! Especially the charge for one sexual action!

時間花代
Jikan Hanadai
Hourly Flower-fee


"Hanadai" literally means flower cost, but is poetic for "companionship;" see definition 2, below.
花代 【はなだい】 (n) (1) price of a flower; (2) fee for a geisha's companionship

From a NY Times article: "Before World War II, the yen traded at roughly 3.6 to the dollar. Then in 1945, the occupation forces landed and adopted a 15-to-1 conversion rate for their transactions with the Japanese. As inflation surged, they changed the rate to 50-to-1 in 1946, to 270-to-1 in 1948 and finally to 360-to-1 in 1949.
