Purchased quite a few WW2 items from the vets family and this was included. Most of the stuff was British and German but this I'm unsure. The construction of the case reminds me of a lot of Japanese gear. Coating over canvas. No markings other than the power, lens has meter markings. Those that know what do I have here?
