Latvian Pilot badge.


Edit: My apologies, I thought you asked for what it was, not if it was authentic. It looks right to me, but I'm far from an expert.

This is indeed a genuine Latvian badge, but it is not a pilot badge but a regimental badge for the aviation regiment of the Latvian armed forces. These were however given to foreign military personnel as honorary wings, for instance when serving as flight instructors etc. The pilot qualification badge is quite different.
