Are there any official statistics on awarding of higher Class of Order of Merit of the Kingdom of Hungary, as Grand Cross with Holy Stephen's Crown?

Examples of awards in the State Historical Museum in Moscow.
In online databases of SHM and State Catalog they are mistakenly dated and attributed. It's also unknown - to whom these awards were awarded.
