Communist great coat w/Star buttons

Based on the star buttons I assume communist...Anybody recognize this?
Yugoslavian maybe? The wool collar looks almost North Korean?
I assume Cold War period....from Eastern Europe? Anybody?
Thoughts?

Now I found on the web a matching tunic
but no nation indication...

I beleive that is eather a PLA or the KPA great coat.

Post 1988 rank of Private 1st class if PLA.
