Chinese sword DAO?

I picked up this massive sword locally. Very heavy example. I hope anybody is able to identify it! Thanks in advance!

Yes, Chinese sword. I have one that is similar in condition to yours. It is missing the grip part, which is made out of string or something like that that is wrapped around it.

this is China last imperial, Ting Dynasty (1644-1911) official issued soldier's DAO,
surely it is late, i saw auction in China if in this condition: 150-250EURO,
but i think it should be more, as it is very cool field in chinese collection community because not the art stuff !
