      That looks to be a great site but I am having trouble using it as well.

        Try this, it is the site but I cannot find more images. It is packed with all French decorations...

            Thanks Darrell,

            I knew this site... but not so many precise informations.

            My point about classification was : what is the source that gives the classification in types (type 4, type 5...) that you uses in displaying your médailles militaires.

            Mine are 2 different books; hence the different types regarding the author.
            What is your source ?
