Help ID French Rosette

Hi Folks: I attended an estate sale of a retired US Army Colonel who served in WWII and Vietnam and USAREUR.....and I found these with other WWI items which I'd like to identify. On the back of the metal frame is stamped "MADE IN FRANCE"
