Please Help Identify Mystery Pilot Wings

Does anyone know that these wings are for? Are they military, or perhaps airline pilots wings?I tried to identify them by the writing on the shield or the star-shaped emblem on the top, but I haven't had any luck. Any help is appreciated!

The 'letters' suggest Burmese or Thai to me. Perhaps not those countries but that part of the world - Indonesia... ?

Well it is Burmese for sure but that is a far as I can take it.

I had a feeling that they may be from that part of the world. I'll have to try and do more research to see what I can come up with. Thanks for your help though!
