Hi,

For sure, the bicorne is not franch. Maybe the sword is an officer's fantasy: a lot of officer swords were out of regulation. Are there some markings on the blade?

The set was on sale at Drouot as bicorn and sword 1st empire

They may be that old but I don't think they are French Army. Possibly one of the older fraternal societies or civil government/diplomatic?
