Dutch patch identification help needed Nederland

Hi guys,
I would like some help identifying these 2 Dutch patches.

both patches are made in what they call brabantse weeve.

The blue on orange title is made from the year 1944 and some say for the stoottroepen (translation shocktroops), which started in september 1944.

The insigna with the scale and sword is used by the Political Detective Unit. They had the task of researching collaborateurs and other political enemies.
