WWI Cyrillic Dedication on 80mm Shell Case

I'm rather hoping someone can help me with this interesting piece of 'Trench Art'. It is an 80 mm artillery shell case that has a quality engraved dedication on the brass body as well as gold applied officer's signatures. These are more often seen on Russian cigarette cases. I have shown it to a Russian speaker and they assure me that the text isn't Russian. Can anyone tell what origin and also translate. I have written down the text.

The first five words are places in Georgia. The giveaway is the large city of Батумъ (Batumi), then you have some villages listed. Could not find much on the second set of words, with one exception which happens to be a place in Turkey. I suspect those are all locations too.

Spelling is old Russian, most likely this is from before or shortly after the revolution.

Given albert's advice, I've managed to translate (I think) Batumi,Erge,Maradidi, Borçka, Artvin and Salalet. These are all places on the Turkey - Georgia border, near the Black Sea. The Campaign was during WWI. The shell case is a 76.2 mm artillery.
