I think most (if not all) pictures shows cyclists (Wielrijders) regonizable on the short overcoat and the leather Y-straps.

The first picture of the M.20 Lewisgun shows the version as used by the Wielrijders and recognizable on the hinge on the rightside of the butt ( so it could be folded and mounted to the frame of the bycicle) and different shaped "spadegrip" mounted on the barrel.

I didn't think the Lewis crew were wielrijders as well,very interesting thank you.
Do you think the picture is from the same period as the mobilisatie ones ?
I thought the ones with the M16 helmet would be much earlier.

It's possible but hard to tell. I think earlier (late '20s early '30s).
