Serbian WW1 belt ???

Hello,

From owner this belt is serbian WW1 but all button are marked "Paris FRANCE".
Is it serbian?

What sort of buckle can match with this belt?

IMO it is from the period after the WWI - Kingdom of Yugoslavia. The colours blue - white - red (looking from top to bottom) are colours of the Yugoslavian flag, while the colours of the Serbian flag are red - blue - white.
