I bought this for around £5. What do you think, good or bad? I'm thinking of restoring it but couldn't find any ribbons for it... Anyone know where I could find one?

Hi!
It's a good one. I don't have my reference nearby unfortunately, so I can't help with the maker right now.
You will also need a suspension ring if you want to restore it.
Original ribbons can be found online, but I think that with a little bit extra money you could buy a nice, complete, original one.
Best regards,
Giorgos

I enjoy restoring medals when I buy them super cheap. Everything I buy stays in my collection, unless it's fake ect... Because this is staying in my collection I've already cleaned off the Green Patina and added a ring to it. I couldn't find an exact ribbon anywhere but I luckily have some spare British Ribbons that look exactly the same (a yellowy gold with black on the edges). I normally don't clean the medals but this was in even worse shape when I found it so I don't mind with this.
Thanks,
Lolman
