    Is this case Czech?

Bought a small group of misc. militaria this week and this aluminum case was in it.
About three inches by six inches and has SANDRIK stamped in front.
    Thanks for any info.

The crest appears to be Slovak I believe...
Interesting Sandrik is the maker of SS jerry cans! (Czech made for German SS)

SANDRIK was and still is a knife, cutlery and silverware company from east Slovakia 'Hodruša-Hámre'

They specialized in metal stamping during the war.

Most likely this is a cigarette or document case

Would be interesting to see the inside and to know a size to find out what it was or is.

The measurements of the case are in the first posting. The only thing I didn't add was that it is about an inch deep.

Here's an image of the inside, with the Czech items that came in it.

Hi, it's a case for chemical protection
(protection against chemical warfare agents) for soldiers of the Slovak State 1939-1944.
