Holster acceptance mark for Unique Model 17

I am looking for some help with the correct Waffenamt stamp for a holster made for a French Unique model 17 with WaA 251. Benders book only lists WaA D20. Are there any others? I am looking at one with a WaA 251 acceptance mark. Is this a fake????
