Well they are suppose to be Air-Force offices daggers but not of a type I have seen before.

The quality does not look very high. I suspect that they are South-American in Origin.

The makers mark looks correct ( similar one used on bayonets) so that is good sign, and the workmanship is fine though not shall we say 'select'. Defiantly well above what you see in Indian/Pak knock-offs

I am still leaning to South America.

Looking at the helmet emblem on the first one. Argentinian troops wore the Stalhelm style helmet, modelled on the Wehrmacht's helmets, in the WWII period and later, if that's any clue.

As does Chile, good observation. The Stahlhelm motif is not exclusive to Germany.

Unfortunately I have no idea where these interesting pieces originate from, but Bob Rogers & Jim Wallace of world daggers could probably shed some light.

                Daggers.

The ring in the eagles mouth is like the rings used on some Austrian Mannlicher bayonnets.

I heard also opinion that this are daggers from Austro-Hungarian pilot. But some privat purchase - they did not have official issue daggers....

                  Is this possible?

The flight motives of propeler, baloon, biplane - airplain are clearly visible on the daggers.

                  Any other opinions welcome.

                  Best regards

This is the badge (to be worn on soft headgear) of the austrian homefront / home-army from period between WWI and WWII.
