Gulf War License Plate Help

The 1st photo is the right way up. These are numbers although the 1st number is strange...could be a 2? after that, 31818. I cannot help you with the exact origin of the plate.

The triangle is the symbol of the Iraqi Military, and black denotes this is from before/during Gulf War (later Iraqi Army changed to green licence plates). Nice plate
Also these can come off any military vehicle, from a jeep to a tank.
