an enigma for my first post and I d'ont know if I'm in the good section
this armband was find on a fleamarket

from another forum, it could be " yiddish " writing

I 'm looking information about meaning, area, ....

You have it upside down, but it is Yiddish and the second word is Amt or Office.
Not sure on the first word though.
