Aiguillette Identification Request

Gents;

We have a silver bullion and orange aiguillette which we cannot identify. Does anyone recognize this object? It has two ball tassels attached at one end.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It was suggested to us this might be from the Dutch Army 1930's era. Could anyone confirm this?

Thank you for the comment. Would you happen to know what type of aiguillette this is? Is it a marksmanship related object? Did it denote rank or military duties of the person wearing it?
