    What grade of the Bulgarian Order of St. Alexander would this be:

    Fifth class with swords if to an officer. Possible a Silver Cross with swords if to an enlisted man.

    There's no way to distinguish by the ribbon.

      The second ribbon on the bar is a faded out Saxon Albrechtsorden, so it's definately an officer's award in this particular instance.
