Seems to be a modern badge for a Swedish boating club since the flag on the boat is blue
However I could be wrong let others have their say

It was on eBay recently, together with a bunch of other items listed as U-boat cap badges. I suspected they're not good so I passed the auctions (even though I was not sure, it's just a bad feeling I listen occasionally when deciding).

Personally I wouldn't say it's modern sports badge as it's unusual to see the stitching holes on similar sport badges.

I don't like the orange transparent enamel on this one, thoguth, as I never saw one on wartime pieces.
