original?

I have never seen an original with fixing wires to rear. Colouring is wrong and the eagle should be blackened,

Actually....

Your badge is a common copy of the WW1 badge. The enamel is wrong, the maker mark is wrong and the eagle should be affixed with large rivets, not wires.... However, during the First Republic, ca. 1920-1935, these badges were made by Zimbler in a heavy, stamped bronze gilt, almost like a "hollow badge" (think wound badge-style). The gilding was very bright "fire-gilding" and the enamel work was astounding for the era. These badges are authentic and incredibly rare.
Because of the great number of fakes, of the type you have shown, these get a bad rap, but they are real... albeit post WW1 production.
