my first medalbar.

hi guys this is my very first medal bar, it is a dutch one. it features the world war two commerotive cross with the bar, ''nederland mei 1940'' or holland mai 1940. that is when the germans invaded holland, the 1914-1918 mobilisation cross and the world war two air defence medal. i like it what about you.

They're "different" - you don't see many Dutch medal bars in England. The only Dutch medal I've seen recently is a mobilisation Cross a few months ago.

How about posting more Dutch medals with information about them?

well i did that a few months ago when i got my other war remembrance cross, i also showed my mobilisation medal then, bravery medals are hard to come by here because they are not given out so much in world war two and the family is keeping most of them.

A simple but distinguished medal bar to say the least. This is the first time I have ever seen any WWII Dutch awards. Any chance of getting a picture of the back to see the fastener?
