Unknown uniform - help please

Found it today at a flea market. The piping is not like on the picture, the original color is very pink. The buttons may be not original.

Definitely not Bulgarian. But what? What country, what period?

Any ideas? Forgot to mention, that it has no lower pockets, it is seen on the picture. But it has one pocket on the back, you know those older type pockets, accessible throgh that place with the buttons on the back. Any ideas what this tunic is?

At some time I thought it may be a theater piece, but it is too well made, the pockets are not false and also there is inkstamped number inside, quite big cyphers, which looks military to me... Maybe a military waiter?
