Its Russian , has the enitals of Tzar Nicholas II , maybe some kind of regimental badge.

The second and third piece look like imperial Russian shooting badges - maybe some unofficial put-together from two (three?) shooting badges? But keep in mind those shooting badges are faked so it could be also some modern "dembel" assembly.
